James Grassi joined Spectral Sciences in January 2018 as a Principal Scientist. His previous work involved the development of chemical sensing instrumentation and algorithms for 24/7 environmental and power plant monitoring applications and real time industrial process analytical chemistry. Additional work focused on the creation of portable Raman and ion mobility spectrometers for white powder identification, airport security, and first responders.
